Alpha-lipoic acid (ALA) is naturally produced by the human body in very small amounts, but it is also available in food sources. ALA is unique in that it supports the body's free radical scavenging systems and can act in both aqueous and fatty environments. ALA can also regenerate antioxidant vitamins C and E, thereby prolonging their effects.

COMPOSITION:

L-ascorbic acid, rice starch, alpha-lipoic acid, capsule component: coating agent (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose); D-alpha-tocopheryl succinate, anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of vegetable fatty acids, silicon dioxide).

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

Take 1 capsule 1 to 2 times a day with a glass of water.
