RAZOWA ORGANIC SPELT 400 g - BIO PLANET

Organic wholegrain spelt porridge is made from wholegrain spelt. We recommend it as an ingredient in puddings, legumes, to thicken soups and sauces, and for making milk porridge with fruit. It contains valuable protein and a high amount of dietary fiber. Dietary fiber swells in the intestines, which keeps you full for a long time, and allows for slower absorption of glucose into the blood, thus preventing rapid jumps in sugar levels. It promotes intestinal cleansing, improves digestion, and accelerates peristalsis. It helps eliminate unpleasant symptoms of constipation, as well as lower abdominal pain and flatulence.

< strong> INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Boil 1/2 liter of milk, pour 3 tablespoons of porridge into the boiling milk. Cook for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
