Organic bulgur is a type of groat made from cooked, dried, and ground durum wheat grains. It is recommended as an addition to casseroles, salads, stuffings, and as an ingredient in main courses.

Durum wheat bulgur * 100% (* certified organic ingredient).

HOW TO PREPARE
Combine bulgur with lightly salted boiling water in a 1:2.5 ratio (1 part groats to 2.5 parts water), cook uncovered for about 7 minutes. Then remove from heat, cover, and let it swell.
