Ground green coffee

Green coffee is made from raw, unroasted coffee beans. These beans have not yet undergone the pyrolysis process, which is the breakdown of carbohydrates and fats, so they lack the taste and aroma of black coffee. However, the caffeine content remains unchanged.

The coffee beans are light green in color, hence the product's name. Unroasted green coffee has a much milder, more acidic taste, and is almost completely devoid of bitterness.

Use :

Pour 10g (three teaspoons) of ground green coffee into the coffee grounds. Pour hot water over the coffee grounds (preferably 90°C). After 5 minutes, the infusion is ready to drink. The taste of the infusion is a bit like brewed green tea, with a slight acidity.
