SPRAY ORGANIC TERRAIN SPRAY 200 g - BIO PLANET

Milk thistle ( Silybum marianum (L.) Gaertner) is an inconspicuous thistle, sometimes mistaken for tight-fitting clothes, with a coniferous flower, a plant of the Asteraceae family. Native to the Mediterranean regions, milk thistle is found both wild and cultivated in Poland. Valued for its antioxidant and health-promoting properties, milk thistle is rich, among other things, in vitamin E, known as the vitamin of youth, which plays an important role in metabolic processes and is essential for the formation of red blood cell platelets, riboflavin, selenium, copper, and zinc. Milk thistle can help protect the liver and aid digestion. Recommended for cocktails, muesli, and salads. It is also perfect as an ingredient in ice cream and desserts.
