Pickled cucumbers boast, among other things, a high content of vitamin C and zinc, which support the immune system, and support brain function, memory, and concentration, magnesium, as well as B vitamins that affect the nervous system. Pickled cucumbers are an indispensable ingredient in many salads and soups; they are also a great snack and addition to dinner dishes.
