Folic Acid 400mcg 60 Capsules Jarrow Formulas - Quatrefolic Methyl Folate

Folic acid, cellulose and magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable source). The capsule is made of gelatin (vegetarian capsules).

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

1 capsule per day with a meal. < / P >

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Older adults should regularly check their B12 status while taking folic acid, as folic acid may mask the symptoms of pernicious anemia. If you are ill, pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18, or taking medication (especially antiepileptics and chemotherapy), consult a doctor before using this product.
