BARLEY FROM POLISH CULTIVATIONS INGREDIENTS 100% organic barley groats. DESCRIPTION Organic barley groats, also called country groats, obtained from hulled barley grains. Perfect as an addition to soups, for example in the famous Polish Krupnik soup, and as an ingredient in main dishes combined with cooked vegetables and fresh herbs. PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS Cook the previously rinsed groats in salted water in a ratio of 1:3 (1 part groats to 3 parts water) over low heat for about 20 minutes.
