Pasteurized NFC cauliflower juice (pressed, not from concentrate) is formed as a result of fermentation (ensiling) of the plant's white inflorescence. Cauliflower itself is considered a valuable vegetable in terms of translating its low calorie content into the amount of nutrients and vitamins it contains. Cauliflower is rich in vitamins A and C. It contains folic acid and is also a source of minerals such as phosphorus and potassium. Cauliflower is naturally rich in isothiocyanates, including the sulfur derivative - sulforaphane. Cauliflower juice demonstrates properties in supporting the cleansing of the body of toxins. The ingredients it contains support the work of the liver, whose task is to stabilize and neutralize harmful substances. Sour cauliflower juice can effectively stimulate the digestive system and intestinal peristalsis.
