DESCRIPTION
Organic Lentils Black beluga is one of the most interesting lentil varieties. The name Beluga refers to the caviar, which black lentils closely resemble. Beluga is a perfect addition to soups, stews, and savory snacks. It pairs well with salads and vegetable dishes.

PREPARATION
Boil the previously rinsed lentils in a 1:2 ratio (1 part lentils to 2 parts water) for about 45 minutes. Add salt at the end of cooking.
