HOW TO PREPARE
To 500g of the mixture, add 750ml of lukewarm water and 14g of fresh yeast. Mix. Pour the finished batter with the consistency of pancake batter into a buttered and floured mold, cover and let rise for 40 minutes. Bake for 10 minutes in an oven preheated to 250°C, then 30 minutes at 190°C. Remove the bread from the mold and bake for 10 minutes, until golden brown.

RECOMMENDED STORAGE
Store in a dry place below 25°C.
