Five Transformations Brownie Baking Mix 500g


You are going to bake! Gluten-free brownie mix

Ingredients: almond flour, coconut sugar, dark chocolate with erythritol*, skimmed cocoa powder, gluten-free oat flour, whole grain rice flour, cane arrowroot, tapioca, Himalayan salt.

*Chocolate ingredients: 60% cocoa pulp, sweetener (erythritol 29.5%, steviol glycosides 0.03%), cocoa butter, inulin, skimmed cocoa powder, emulsifier (soy lecithin), vanilla flavor.

Gluten-free product. The product may contain allergens: nuts.

Store in a cool, dry place, well sealed.

Preparation method:

1. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees C.

2. Line a baking tray (24 x 24 cm) with parchment paper.

3. Pour the mix into a bowl.

4. Add 2 eggs, 80 g of coconut oil or melted butter, and 70 ml of milk. Mix well.

Pour into the prepared pan.

6. Bake in the oven for 35 minutes.
