Melatonin is secreted in the human body mainly during the night, with its highest concentration occurring between midnight and 3 a.m. The nighttime concentration of melatonin in serum decreases with age, which can already be observed in people around 45 years old.
Melatonin facilitates falling asleep and has a positive effect on the regulation of sleep phases and duration. Additionally, melatonin strengthens the immune system and has anti-inflammatory properties.

INGREDIENTS
Melatonin, rice flour, capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.

APPLICATION METHOD
One capsule half an hour before bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The product should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet.

RECOMMENDED STORAGE CONDITIONS
Store in a dry place at room temperature, out of reach of young children. The product is not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
