DESCRIPTION
Organic millet made from hulled millet. Perfect for breakfast with dried fruit. In the dry version, it can be served with stewed vegetables and fresh herbs, or with a tomato and pepper salad. Millet is recommended for the elderly due to its high lecithin content, which improves memory and lowers cholesterol. Millet has an alkalizing effect, meaning it deacidifies the body and thus helps maintain acid-base balance. It contains many minerals such as phosphorus, magnesium, iron, potassium, and calcium. It is gluten-free.

HOW TO PREPARE
Boil the previously rinsed groats in salted water in a ratio of 1:3 (1 part groats to 3 parts water) over low heat for about 20 minutes.
