Ingredients and dosage per 1 serving (flat measuring spoon - about 3g):

Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum), yellow chrysopa - pericarp powder - 2000mg

Suan Zao Ren (Zizphus jujuba), jujube - seed extract 5:1 - 800 mg

Gan Cao (Glycyrrhiza uralensis), licorice - root extract 5:1 - 200g

Directions for use:

1 teaspoon per day. Measure the powder using the provided spoon and mix it with 200 ml of warm water. (Children aged 3 to 15 years: half a teaspoon per day). Take on an empty stomach, about 1 hour before bedtime.
