Calcium

Calcium is an extremely important element for our health, as it is the basis of bones, teeth, and nails. It also plays a role in the conduction of impulses in the nervous system and is essential for muscle contraction. Unfortunately, calcium is very poorly absorbed in case of magnesium deficiency, so a supplement combining these two elements in the best possible ratio, that is 2:1, would be an excellent choice.

Ingredients:

Calcium carbonate, magnesium oxide, anti-caking agents (microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose), coating agents (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, vegetable fatty acids, powdered cellulose), anti-caking agent (hydroxypropylcellulose), magnesium salts of citric acid (magnesium citrate), calcium L-ascorbate, calcium salts of citric acid (calcium citrate), magnesium L-ascorbate.

Mineral ingredients in 1 tablet:

Calcium (in the form of calcium carbonate, calcium citrate, and calcium L-ascorbate) - 500 mg (62.5% NRV).
Magnesium (in the form of magnesium oxide, magnesium citrate, and magnesium L-ascorbate) - 250 mg (66.6% NRV).

Directions for use:

1 tablet per day during a meal, drinking a glass of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Contraindications:

The product is not intended for children. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a doctor regarding the use of the preparation. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients of the preparation. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

Storage:

Store in a dry and sunny place, at temperatures up to 25°C. Dietary supplements should be kept out of reach of young children.
