In India, where this mysterious flavor ingredient originates, however, the term is much more ambiguous; it refers to the method of seasoning dishes, but also to the sauce that coats the main dish. Red curry paste is a blend of Thai spices with a distinct hint of chili and lemongrass. The red color of the paste is due to the red chili. It tastes great with the addition of coconut milk, vegetables, and meat or its substitute. Served with rice or bread, naan creates a delicious exotic dish. It pairs perfectly with pasta and tofu, and is delicious when fried with vegetables. Cook until the desired density is reached. Pasteurized product.
