DESCRIPTION
Organic green peas are one of the most popular legumes. They are perfect for preparing all kinds of pasta and pâtés, and as an addition to dinner dishes and soups.

PREPARATION
Pre-soak and rinse the peas for a few hours in fresh, unsalted water for about 60 minutes. Do not add salt to the peas until the end of cooking.
