DESCRIPTION
Organic chickpea grain is perfect for all kinds of spreads made with olive oil and fresh herbs, as well as for soups, stews, sauces and salads.

HOW TO PREPARE
Chickpeas that have been previously soaked for at least 12 hours and rinsed should be boiled in fresh, unsalted water for about 60 minutes. Do not salt the chickpeas until the end of cooking.
