Dietary supplement based on saffron and melatonin - promotes sleep and recovery during sleep.

INGREDIENTS:

Filling substance: microcrystalline cellulose, saffron seed extract (Crocus sativus) standardized to contain min. 2% crocin and 1% safranal, melatonin.

USAGE:

1 capsule per day, to be swallowed and taken with plenty of water, 30 minutes before bedtime.
