Triphala is a combination of three fruits (Harada, Amla and Behada) that have been used in Ayurvedic herbal medicine for thousands of years.

Triphala has historically been used as a digestive and tonic. In recent years, Triphala has been shown to be a powerful free radical scavenger. Additionally, it has been found to contain numerous other bioactive compounds, including gallic acid, tannic acid, and epicatechin.
